Green Building and Public Art, Fresno, California, Municipal Code, Chapter 15, Part V, Article 56, Section 15-5602 (B)(1) (2016).
The Code has a voluntary public and private development program. The Review Authority may grant relief of up to twenty (20) percent deviation from property development standards where the Review Authority determines the request involves qualifying “green” or public art features. If both public art and green features are incorporated, the Review Authority may grant relief of up to 25 percent deviation.
