Function import_export_get_maps_list

Get maps list helper function.

Parameters summary
`string`	`$context`	Context of the list, used to create ids and classes.
`array\|boolean`	`$selected = false`	Array of selected map ids.

Return value summary
`array\|string`	Table rows and columns of maps. Array of map ids if $content passed as 'ids'.
